The actress's disciplined fitness routine and unwavering commitment to the gym have made her a household name. Disha Patani took to her Instagram stories to share a glimpse of her intense training session. In the short video, the Ek Villain Returns actress can be seen performing rigorous deadlifts with a weight of 75 kg. Expressing her determination to regain her strength, she captioned the post with an emoji of a closed eye and hands, along with an emotional emoji and a monkey covering its face.

Sporting a ponytail, Disha wore a pink t-shirt paired with black track trousers. Her fitness instructor, Rajendra Dhole, also shared the video on his Instagram stories, praising her strength and beauty.

The caption of his post read: "Other than being a teacher I am also a good and a enthusiastic student, I am not big fan of HIIT but when Disha Patani tells me she wants to do HIIT so I learn some from Internet and Disha herself and implement it well I don’t regretting learning a new cardio training format".
