RSS rebukes Rahul, says Cong. 'dictates,' not them or BJP

New Delhi (Bihar) [India], Aug. 03 (ANI): The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) on Thursday hit out at Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi for his dictatorship remark and said its the Nehru-Gandhi family which follows the dictator policy, not them.

"The Nehru-Gandhi family has a habit of dictating others. The RSS is not following the dictatorship policy. It is just displaying the fact," RSS ideologue Rakesh Sinha told ANI.

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Ashwini Kumar Choubey echoed a similar sentiment and said that it is the family of Rahul Gandhi that follows dictatorship policy.

"The entire family of Rahul Gandhi follows dictatorship policy. He should look into this first. How many times has he been to jail for the welfare of people? He is just dreaming to get the highest position, but has done nothing," Choubey told ANI.

"The situation of the Congress is bad and will become worst since Rahul Gandhi is there," he said.

Earlier on Wednesday, training his guns at Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Rahul Gandhi said both RSS and BJP are factions that want to dictate the nation.

Rahul said the basic difference between the BJP and the Congress is their approach towards the nation. The latter listens to the people and works accordingly, whereas the BJP dictates people and does what they wish to do. (ANI)
