Man arrested for allegedly molesting 4-yr-old daughter in Delhi

New Delhi [India], November 2 (ANI): A man was arrested and sent to judicial custody on Thursday for molesting his four-year-old daughter in New Delhi's Amar Colony.

As per reports, the mother of the victim informed the police about the crime on Wednesday.

When the minor was sent for medical examination with her mother, the latter, however, did not allow for the internal examination of the girl.

A case under Section 354 and 354A of IPC and 10 POSCO act has been lodged by the police.

As of now, the accused has been arrested and sent to judicial custody after medical examination. (ANI)
