Bobble ranks first in India, second globally among Indic keyboards

New Delhi [India], July 6 (ANI): In a recent report about Indic keyboards, Bobble secured the second spot globally, right after tech giant Google, within six months of inception.

Launched in 21 India languages, Bobble also gained the top spot among its contemporaries in India.

As per the report, while Google continues to lead the market with a 90.9 percent share, Bobble Keyboard takes the second spot with a 4.5 percent share worldwide.

"Google has been entrenched deep in the market for the past five years, pushing its Indic keyboard with talent, hard work and cash. Ranking right next to Google is a good growth sign. This is a major feat for Bobble, which is only six months old in the market. Additionally, there is also a lot of competition in the market to alluring the same target audience with their respective USPs. As such, our global market share by installs is a notable accomplishment," said , Mohd. Wassem, Co-Founder and MD, Bobble.

"We have over 10 million downloads and 55 percent users share content through our keyboard. As we slash our product's data and memory consumption, and optimise for speed and ease of typing, we expect to continue our momentum going forward," added Wassem.

With this new feat, Bobble's growth is projected to accelerate through partnerships with global giants like Apple, Baidu and Foxconn. In India, Bobble comes preloaded on brands like Indus OS, Gionee, Lava and Zen, apart from brands like Zomato, Tinder and YourStory.(ANI)
