Vinay Sahasrabuddhe — co-author of 'The Innovation Republic', a detailed book on the innovations of the Modi Government 1.0 — is perhaps the best person to elaborate on the Centre's achievements during the BJP's second stint. A key member of the BJP's think tank, he was among the people who developed the BJP's 'vision document' (manifesto) before the 2014 elections.
