Shaheer further wrote, "Here's to always finding sunshine and rainbows in the grey skies and always being in pursuit of that silver lining. #BFF #fearless."

Hina responded in the comments, "Always always always there for me." She also shared the photo on her Instagram stories, calling Shaheer her "buddy."

Hina, who revealed her cancer diagnosis in June, has been sharing her journey with her followers, posting messages and updates. In a recent video, she disclosed that she chose to cut off her hair before starting treatment and had a wig made from her own hair. In the video, she is seen wearing the wig and shared her feelings about the decision, writing, "The moment I was diagnosed, I knew I’d lose my hair. I chose to cut it off on my own terms while it was still healthy, long, and vibrant. I decided to make a wig of my OWN hair that would bring me comfort during this challenging time. And I must say it was an empowering decision, and I’m so proud of it."
