Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2: After Parth Samthaan, THIS Star To QUIT Show? Here's The TRUTH!

Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 actor Karan Patel's publicist has reacted to the rumours of him leaving the show co-starring Erica Fernandes and Parth Samthaan.

New Delhi: Ekta Kapoor’s ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2’ has been hogging all the limelight these days ever since the reports of Parth Samthaan leaving the show hit the internet. Parth, who plays the role of Anurag Basu opposite Erica Fernandes, is reportedly quitting the show as he wants to focus on his health and upcoming projects. The TV heartthrob returned to the sets last month after recovering from COVID-19. They have asked Parth to shoot for small portions so that ‘KZK 2’ can end on conclusive note. Gossip mills are now buzzing with the rumours that another ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2’ actor is planning to leave the show. We are talking about Karan Patel. The rumours gained momentum after it was said that Karan didn’t report to the sets for days.
Patel’s publicist Avantika Sinha squashed all the rumours while talking to an entertainment portal. "There is no truth to it. He is very much a part of Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2," she told SpotboyE. Karan Patel replaced Karan Singh Grove as new Mr Bajaj last month. The ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ actor received a good response from the viewers for his performance as Rishab Bajaj in the romantic saga. Patel stepped into KSG’s shoes as the latter was not willing to return to the sets amid the COVID-19 crisis. The report in the portal said that the current track of ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’ is focusing on Anurag and Prerna and hence, Karan Patel is not required in the scenes.
The TRPs of ‘Kasautii 2’ have seen a dip after the lockdown. The makers are trying to incorporate several twists in the plot to capture the attention of the viewers. The show will complete two successful years on Setpember 25, 2020. Watch this space for more updates!
