Reportedely, the actor finally called it quits due to serious health issues.A report in Tellychakkar states that “ Karan was in talks with the makers from quite some time. His doctor has advised him to look after his health and take rest or else he might have to face some fatal health issues in future. And post his shoot on Friday (10 June), the actor announced  his exit from the show to the cast and crew. According to reports, Karan’s track will end with Naitik getting kidnapped by his brother Naman (Anshul Pandey).
