Tamil star Chiyaan Vikram is currently enjoying the tremendous success of his latest film, 'Thangalaan', which has raked in over Rs 100 crore globally in under two weeks. To mark this significant achievement, Vikram organised a special, traditional success party for the film’s team. A video from the event has since gone viral on social media, with many praising the actor’s humility.

The video shows Vikram, dressed in traditional attire—a white shirt and veshti (dhoti)—serving food to his team members, who are seated in front of banana leaves, ready to enjoy a lavish feast. The clip quickly caught the attention of many on social media, with viewers applauding Vikram’s down-to-earth nature.

Actress Parvathy Thiruvothu, who plays a key role in 'Thangalaan', shared a few pictures on Instagram with her co-stars, including Vikram. She wrote, “Yesterday was magical! Discussing the film during a recent press meet, Ranjith shared, “I wanted to use the magical realism to connect this film with the audience. The story of 'Thangalaan' has antecedents in mythology. But what is mythology? Isn’t it history with a bit of belief and faith. I wanted to tap into that to say the story of 'Thangalaan'.”
