How Nag Ashwin approached Vyjayanthi film producers for Kalki 2898 AD?

• Recalling the first time Nag Ashwin approached Priyanka Dutt, the produer recalled in 'The Kalki Chronicles' that he told her about Kalki, a story he had in mind, which he wanted to do on another scale but that if he did not do it now, he would not be able to do it again.

"There is another story that I want to do at another stage. But, if I don't do this now, then I won't be able to do it again." Priyanks quoted Nag.

• Nag Ashwin wanted to approach Prabhas ages back with his film. 'Kalki 2898 AD' was always on Ashwin's mind for Prabhas. Nag Ashwin wanted Prabhas to be a part of the film, so much so that he wanted this to be his first film.
