Earlier, on Saturday morning, Sacnilk.com reported that the film earned over ₹47 crore net in India on its opening day, surpassing the first-day collections of Ram Charan's previous solo release, Vinaya Vidheya Rama (VVR). However, the film's gross box office collection worldwide now stands at Rs. 186 cr.

Here's a language-wise breakdown of the earnings:
- Telugu: ₹38 crore
- Tamil: ₹2 crore
- Hindi: ₹7 crore
- Kannada: ₹0.1 crore
- Malayalam: ₹0.03 crore
The Telugu version witnessed 55.82% occupancy for morning shows, 39.33% for afternoon shows, and 50.53% for evening shows. Notably, the 4DX Hindi afternoon shows recorded an impressive 82% occupancy.

Game Changer has outperformed the opening day collections of Ram Charan’s earlier films, including Vinaya Vidheya Rama (₹34 crore) and Acharya (₹37.10 crore), where he starred alongside Chiranjeevi.
