'Bigg Boss 13' winner Sidharth Shukla, best known for his role in the long-running TV serial 'Balika Vadhu', died after a massive heart attack on Thursday. He was 40 years old and is survived by his mother and two sisters. A Cooper Hospital spokesperson said that the actor was "brought dead".
Shukla was known for being fit and had even won the reality show, 'Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 7'. He also hosted 'Savdhaan India' and 'India's Got Talent'.
The 40-year-old actor was a fitness freak and was known for his healthy lifestyle.
"He was brought dead to the hospital some time ago," a senior Cooper Hospital official told PTI. Sources at the Hospital said he took some medicine before sleeping and didn't wake up. Later, speculations were made that he might have passed away due to a heart attack.
In his last tweet, he was congratulating India's Paralympic winners.

Meanwhile, Sidharth’s co-contestant in Bigg Boss 13 and the show’s first runner-up, Asim Riaz too has expressed his disbelief and became numb and started shivering as he heard the news of the actor passing away.
Sidharth Shukla was seen in Broken But Beautiful, Balika Vadhu and Dil Se Dil Tak, Bigg Boss 13, and Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi, Savdhaan India, and India's Got Talent. Shukla made his Bollywood debut in Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania.
Shukla is learned to be a fitness freak and that's why none of his colleagues were able to believe that Shukla would lose his life in such an early age.

Sidharth Shukla's last rites will be held shortly in the Oshiwara crematorium. His body is being taken to the crematorium directly from Cooper Hospital in a flower-decked ambulance.
