Telugu blockbuster 'Pushpa 2: The Rule', starring Allu Arjun, is set to make its digital debut on Netflix, eight weeks after its theatrical release.
New Delhi: The highly anticipated sequel to the smash hit 'Pushpa: The Rise', 'Pushpa 2: The Rule', is still doing strong at the box office even weeks after it came out. This film, which stars Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna, earned an impressive total of Rs 1467.2 crore in India and Rs 1737.85 crore overseas. The film will soon be available digitally on Netflix India, giving fans a new opportunity to enjoy the epic narrative, after an outstanding eight-week theatrical run.
The record-breaking film will be streamed on Netflix in four languages: Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada. It will also include an extra 23 minutes of footage.
With the expanded version, the overall running time will be 3 hours and 44 minutes, giving audiences across the globe even more of the riveting story that has captured their attention. The makers announced the release of the film with the caption, "The man. The myth. The brAAnd Pushpa’s rule is about to begin! When Will Netflix Stream ‘Pushpa 2’?
The exact OTT release date has not been officially announced by Netflix, but industry sources are anticipating that it will be accessible beginning January 30. This would mark 56 days since ‘Pushpa 2’ hit theatres on December 5.
The actioner has become the highest-grossing film of 2024 because of its heart-wrenching moments and breathtaking action sequences. Directed by Sukumar, the film also stars Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil in key roles.
