New Delhi: After Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, Sunny Deol along with his brother Bobby Deol is set to grace the couch on the eighth season of 'Koffee With Karan'. The promo of the second episode of the chat was dropped on Monday. 

In the promo, Karan is seen congratulating Sunny Deol for the grand success of Gadar 2. He goes on to give him a standing ovation, saying: “The first thing I have to do is give you a standing ovation.”  

He also asked him about his comment on filmmakers and production houses inflating box office numbers. To this, Sunny replied, “That does happen. That’s the way society is moving right now.” Karan Johar then said, “Is that why the tagline of Gadar 2 was Hindustan ka asli blockbuster?”

The discussion also went on the veteran actor and their father Dharmendra's kiss with Shabana Azmi in 'Rocky aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani'. When asked what his reaction was after watching the scene in the movie, Sunny Deol said: “My Dad can do whatever he likes and he gets away with it.” 

Karan Johar asked Bobby, “Why your father is being so chaalu?” Bobby replied, “I don’t know. Your film Rocky Aur Rani, I loved the film. Humlog mazaak karte rehte hai ki Pappa kiss wiss bhi kar rahe the lekin sab log bolte hai he is so cute.” 

Bobby Deol also spoke about how he resurrected his acting career and narrated an incident when Salman Khan told him,” jab mera career theek nahi chal raha tha, tab tere Bhai ke peeth pe chadh gaya tha aur aage badha. Toh maine usko bola, toh mujhe apni peeth pe chadhne de na.” 

Another revelation is also made in the promo that Sunny Deol loves teddy bears. KJo is seen saying in the promo, “Who would know that a man who could destroy a country with a hand pump, can actually be into teddy bears.”
