Pakistani actor Fawad Khan, who is currently busy with the promotion of his latest series, ‘Barzakh’, recalled a spooky experience he had on the sets. The actor recalled the night he witnessed an incident that he considers 'somewhat supernatural’.
Fawad Khan and Sanam Saeed recount supernatural occurrences
During a chat with Something Haute, ‘Barzakh’ stars Fawad Khan and Sanam Saeed opened up about encountering supernatural occurrences during their shoots.
Fawad described the setting of the palace where they were filming the series and said in Hindi, “Where we were shooting, there were sets built in the palace area, and behind that, the complex continued where families had moved in. There were newer blocks, and this was the oldest block. One night, the moon was out, clouds were visible, and in the moonlight, mountains could be seen, glistening white with snow and everything. I turned and saw the house, and this was around after midnight.”
The actor said that he even has video proof of the incident on his phone. “Because they had shifted there, no one was in those rooms, so they were locked because there was stuff scattered inside. So, at night, in one room at the very end of the house, the light flickered like Morse code. I thought maybe there was some fluctuation once. Then, at the other end, in the dining hall, the lights turned on and off, and this continued for at least five or six minutes. I thought that was somewhat supernatural,” he added.

Fawad says he felt a heavy body crawling on the roof
While Fawad was narrating the story, his co-star Sanam Saeed chimed in and reminded him that something similar happened in Chitral as well.
Then, he also detailed another creepy tale and said, "So there's a ventilator in the bathroom; I don’t need to tell you what I was doing in there. But I was just minding my own business. And then I heard what seemed like a heavy body crawling on the roof. That night, chargers of four people exploded. Then I heard a cracking in the wall; at first, it sounded like insects in the wall, but apparently, it was the crackling of electricity."
"But that heavy breathing sounded just like, I had to call one of those reception people and I said I think there's some animal or something upstairs," Fawad added.

Reportedly, Fawad will make his Bollywood comeback with a romantic drama alongside Vaani Kapoor. The film will mark his return to Hindi cinema after eight years. He made his Bollywood debut with the 2013 film ‘Khoobsurat’, which also stars Sonam Kapoor. Fawad starred in two more Hindi movies, 'Kapoor & Sons' and 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil'.
