Mumbai: It’s time to send congratulatory messages to Bollywood actress Yami Gautam as she has tied the knot with ‘Uri: The Surgical Strike’ director Aditya Dhar on Friday (June 4). The couple got married in an intimate ceremony in the presence of their loved ones. The 'Kaabil' actress shared a photo from her wedding on social media along with a heartfelt post.

The 'Vicky Donor' actress posted a adorable snap from her special day wherein she can seen flashing her million dollar smile while looking at Aditya Dhar.

"In your light, I learn to love - Rumi. With the blessings of our family, we have tied the knot in an intimate wedding ceremony today. Being very private people, we celebrated this joyous occasion with our immediate family. As we embark on the journey of love and friendship, we seek all your blessings and good wishes. Love, Yami and Aditya," Yami wrote on Instagram.

Kartik Aaryan, Dia Mirza, Varun Dhawan, Jacqueline Fernandez, Angad Bedi and other tinsel town celebs dropped comments on Yami's post. Varun, who worked with Yami in 'Badlapur', wrote, "Congratulations yami and Aditya. sending you all the positivity."

Jacqueline, who will share screen-space with Yami in 'Bhoot Police', commented, "Awwwwwwwww congrats yamiiiiiiiii!!! So happy for you!!!!"

Aditya Dhar, who made his directorial debut with 'Uri: The Surgical Strike', has worked as a dialogue writer for films like 'Aakrosh' and 'Tezz'. Aditya and Yami worked together in ‘Uri’, which released in 2019. The film had set the cash registers jingling upon its release at the box office.

Gautam played the role of an undercover agent in the military action film, which was based on the 2016 Uri attack.
