Mere Husband Ki Biwi Box Office Collection Day 1: Arjun Kapoor And Bhumi Pednekar’s Film Off To A Slow Start, Earns Rs 1.50 Crore
The latest Bollywood release, 'Mere Husband Ki Biwi', starring Arjun Kapoor, Rakul Preet Singh, and Bhumi Pednekar, has opened to a moderate note at the box office.

New Delhi: Audiences and critics had varied responses to the romantic comedy ‘Mere Husband Ki Biwi’, starring Arjun Kapoor, Rakul Preet Singh, and Bhumi Pednekar, upon its release in cinemas on February 21. The film's star-studded cast didn't save it from a dismal opening day of Rs 1.50 crore at the box office. The movie is up against fierce competition, especially from ‘Chhaava’, starring Vicky Kaushal, which is doing well at the box office.
On Friday, the film had an occupancy rating of 14.86% in Hindi, with morning shows at 8.64%, afternoon shows at 13.75%, evening shows at 14.12%, and night shows at 22.93%.
Among Bollywood films this year, 'Mere Husband Ki Biwi' had one of the worst opening collections as the film’s first-day box office collection stands at Rs 1.5 crore, second only to 'Loveyapa', which stars Khushi Kapoor and Junaid Khan and collected Rs 1.15 crore.
The film will need positive word-of-mouth over the weekend to fight the ‘Chhaava’ storm.
