Filmfare Awards 2021: Alaya F Flashes Her Million Dollar Smile As She Poses With Her Best Debut Award

Kabir Bedi’s granddaughter and Pooja Bedi’s daughter Alaya F, who made her Bollywood debut with ‘Jawaani Jaaneman’, has won the award for ‘Best Debut Female’ at the Filmfare Awards 2021. The newbie actress got emotional while penning her thoughts on social media. She posted a heartfelt post after winning her first Black Lady.

Alaya Furniturewala thanked her family, friends and fans for the love and support and promised to continue working hard. She shared a picture along with the caption, “SHE’S MINE!!!!! Best Debut Female!! I’m smiling from ear to ear!!! So, so, so grateful! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! Thank you for all the love and support! I promise to keep working hard and doing my best every single day! Going to make all of you so so proud. Thank you for believing in me.”

The debutant can be seen posing with her winner’s trophy in the picture. She flashed her million dollar smile while striking a pose for the camera.

Alaya played the role of Saif Ali Khan’s on-screen daughter in ‘Jawaani Jaaneman’. The comedy drama, which was directed by Nitin Kakkar, received a good response from the audience. The film also starred Tabu, Kubbra Sait and Chunky Pandey.

Interestingly, Alaya’s on-screen father Saif has bagged the award for ‘Best Actor in a Supporting Role’ for his performance in ‘Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior’.
