Ananya Panday Shares How Aryan Khan 'Threatened To Leak' Her Videos With Suhana And Shanaya: 'If We Didn't...'
Ananya Panday shared a humorous anecdote involving her friend, Aryan Khan, Shah Rukh Khan’s son, who once playfully threatened to leak her personal vlogs as "blackmail."
Ananya Panday recently starred in the Netflix thriller 'CTRL', a dystopian film that explores themes of artificial intelligence, diminishing privacy, and the loss of autonomy in the digital world. In a promotional video for the movie, Ananya shared a humorous anecdote involving her friend, Aryan Khan, Shah Rukh Khan’s son, who once playfully threatened to leak her personal vlogs as "blackmail."
Why Aryan Threatened to Leak Ananya’s Vlogs
Appearing in a Netflix India video with 'CTRL' director Vikramaditya Motwane and comedian Tanmay Bhat, Ananya recalled, "I used to record my daily activities and meals, but I never posted them. I still have those videos! Back when PhotoBooth first came out on Apple, Suhana, Shanaya, and I would record stuff, and Aryan would threaten to leak the videos if we didn’t do tasks for him."
Ananya, who has been close friends with Suhana Khan and Shanaya Kapoor since childhood, laughed off the memory, calling it her "random trauma story," to which Tanmay joked, "Someone needs to have a word with Aryan."

When Ananya Leaked Suhana's Number by Mistake
Ananya has also experienced being on the other side of a "leak." In another Netflix India video released earlier this month, she revealed that she once accidentally leaked her best friend Suhana’s phone number. "I was FaceTiming Suhana, and when she didn’t pick up, I took a screenshot and posted it on Instagram, not realizing her number was visible. Later, Suhana called me saying her number had been hacked, and I pretended not to know what happened—until someone told her I was the one who leaked it," Ananya shared.
About CTRL
Directed by Vikramaditya Motwane, 'CTRL' stars Ananya as Nella, a content creator who uses an AI assistant to "delete" her cheating ex-boyfriend from her life. However, things take a dark and unsettling turn.
