Madhuri Dixit And Amruta Khanvilkar Dance On 'Dola Re Dola' On Jhalak Dikhlaa Jaa 10 | WATCH

Madhuri will be seen joining actress and the show's contestant Amruta Khanvilkar on-stage, who will be seen performing on the song with her choreographer Ashish Patil. 

New Delhi: Bollywood actress and dancing queen Madhuri Dixit is back again as one of the judges on the celebrity dance reality show 'Jhalak Dikhlaa Jaa' season 10. The show that airs every weekend on Colors TV, is one of the most popular celebrity shows, that shows some of the popular television stars channeling their inner dancer, on stage. 

In the upcoming episode of the show, viewers will be treated to Madhuri grooving on the beats of her popular song 'Dola Re Dola' from Sanjay Leela Bhansali's epic drama 'Devdas', that also starred Shah Rukh Khan and Aishwarya Rai in lead roles. Madhuri will be seen joining actress and the show's contestant Amruta Khanvilkar on-stage, who will be seen performing on the song with her choreographer Ashish Patil. 

While Amruta looks stunning all geared up for her performance in a white saree and matching jewellery as Madhuri in the original song, the 'Dhak Dhak' girl looked resplendent in a striped dress. Everyone went wow as Madhuri graced the stage with her performance. Filmmaker Karan Johar, who is also one of the judges on the show can be seen saying, "Abhi tak ka Jhalak ka best moment hai", in the episode's promo video.

Sharing the video on social media, the makers wrote, " @amrutakhanvilkar ki zordaar performance ke baad @madhuridixitnene ne milaaye unke kadam se kadam. Iss weekend iss iconic moment ko mat kijiyega miss 😍🎉

On the work front, Madhuri Dixit is gearing up for her upcoming film 'Maja Ma', that releases on Amazon Prime Video. Directed by Anand Tiwari and written by Sumit Batheja, 'Maja Ma' is the first Indian Amazon Original movie.

A true-blue Bollywood entertainer, MajaMa is set against the celebratory backdrop of a traditional festival and a lively, colourful wedding, with a story that will tug at your heartstrings. Talking about her character in the film, Madhuri said she has never done such a role before. “With Maja Ma, what I am most excited about is my character. It is a role with complex nuances that I have never played before. Pallavi Patel carries enormous responsibility around – as a mother, as a wife, and as a contributing member of society with such ease and grace, that it becomes easy to overlook her strength, conviction, and resilience. She goes through a multitude of emotions that could have strong repercussions on her life and the lives of people she loves,” she said. 

The film also stars Ritwik Bhowmik, Barkha Singh, Srishti Shrivastava, Rajit Kapur, Simone Singh, Sheeba Chaddha, MalharThakar, and Ninad Kamat, in pivotal roles.
