Irrfan Khan’s Wall Painting Makes Konkona Sen Sharma’s ‘Heart Stop’; Shares Note

New Delhi: One of Bollywood’s most talented actors Irrfan Khan breathed his last on April 29, 2020, after a long battle with colon cancer. His passing away came as a shock to the world and even people from his film fraternity also cannot come in terms with the loss. When Konkona Sen Sharma passed a wall painting of the late star in Bandra, she could not hold herself back and took to her social media to share a note.
The ‘Dolly Kitty Aur Woh Chamakte Sitare’ actress took to her Instagram and shared the picture of Irrfan’s wall painting and wrote, “Today in Bandra, my heart stopped. #irrfankhan”
As soon as she shared this post, fans started flooding the comments section as they remembered the ‘Angrezi Medium’ actor. They are also praising the person who made the wall painting. Many people praised Irrfan’s performance and said that the ‘Maqbool’ actor will always be with his fans through his films and performances.
Konkona Sen Sharma and Irrfan Khan shared the screen space together in films like ‘Talwar’, ‘Life In A Metro’ and others.
In Irrfan Khan’s memory, a mural was created by artists Vikas Bansal and Ranjit Dahiya on the wall of an old house in Waroda Road, Bandra West.
On the professional front, Irrfan Khan was last seen on screen in the 2020 Hindi movie ‘Angrezi Medium’. This movie also marked the debut of actress Radhika Madan and starred Kareena Kapoor Khan in a cameo role.
On the other hand, Konkona was last seen in the movie ‘Dolly Kitty Aur Woh Chamakte Sitare’ alongside Bhumi Pednekar which highlighted a plethora of societal norms that is prevalent in the society.
