Ek Villain Returns: ‘Galliyan’ Song Is Out With A New Twist, Fans Say ‘Original Was Better’

The song ‘Galliyan Returns,’ is a remixed version of the song ‘Galliyan’. However, it doesn't have the same impression as the original one.

New Delhi: T-Series released the first song from Ek Villain Returns, titled ‘Galliyan Returns’, on Monday. The film starring Arjun Kapoor, John Abraham, Disha Patani, and Tara Sutaria has already won the hearts of the audiences. But, the film received a lot of attention for its soundtrack as fans were expecting some fresh songs.

The creators of the ‘Ek Villain’ recreate history by bringing back the blockbuster track ‘Galliyan’. This is a return that has been much awaited. With the release of Galliyan Returns, the excitement around this action-thriller franchise goes to another level!

The song ‘Galliyan Returns,’ is a remixed version of the song ‘Galliyan’. However, it doesn't have the same impression as the original one.

Ankit Tiwari is responsible for the vocals and composition of the song ‘Galliyan Returns,’ while Manoj Muntashir wrote the song's lyrics.

There are some passionate romance and hard-hitting action scenes in the music video. Both John Abraham and Disha Patani and Arjun Kapoor and Tara Sutaria, who play the leads, have hot chemistry with one another, and it shines through throughout the song. It's the producers of Ek Villain Returns who deserve credit for keeping the audience guessing throughout the teaser, trailer, and first song about who is the true villain in the film.

However, in contrast to the original Galliyan song, which portrayed Sidharth helping Shraddha achieve her bucket list, this remake is gloomy. Fans are disappointed because they can't get the same euphoric effect as they did with the original song.

Here are some reactions on Twitter:

The movie will be released in theatres on July 29, 2022, and Mohit Suri will serve as the film's director. T-series and Balaji Telefilms will be producing the movie together.
