New Delhi: Today marks the fifth anniversary of the release of the film Raabta, which starred Sushant Singh Rajput and Kriti Sanon. Actress Kriti shared a special singing video on her Instagram and penned a note for late actor Sushant.

In her post, Kriti also expressed her gratitude to Raabta's director Dinesh Vijan (Dinoo). She wrote the caption, “This one was special in many ways..A film full of memories. . A journey close to my heart..And I’m glad to have walked it with the two of you: Sushant and Dinoo. #5YearsOfRaabta. P.S. Excuse the singing, emotions are pure (sic)."

In the video clip, the actress can be seen singing ‘Raabta’, the title track of the film. As soon as Kriti uploaded the video, her fans immediately started commenting on her post. Her talent as a singer was lauded by some, while others put the spotlight on Sushant. Many of Kriti's supporters flooded the comment area with smiley faces with hearts and clapping hands.

Dinesh Vijan was the director of this emotionally charged romance drama. The movie only earned an average amount of money at the box office. The on-screen chemistry of Sushant and Kriti, on the other hand, was the subject of discussion in the film. The movie was released on June 9th, 2017.
