MP Election 2023: Free Education For Girls, MSP For Farmers Priorities On BJP Manifesto
The Bharatiya Janata Party has released its manifesto for Madhya Pradesh Assembly elections.
Madhya Pradesh Elections 2023: The Bharatiya Janata Party on Saturday released its manifesto for the upcoming Madhya Pradesh Assembly elections. The maifesto was released in the presence of party president JP Nadda, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and BJP state unit chief VD Sharma. In the manifesto, the saffron party has promised to provide free education to girls from poor families up to post-graduation. The manifesto also promised procurement of wheat at Rs 2,700 and paddy at Rs 3,100 per quintal.

On releasing manifesto for MP polls, CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan said,"It is the guarantee of PM Modi that we will make this manifesto as our road map for the development of Madhya Pradesh and for the welfare of the people of the state. I have a feeling of satisfaction when I say that, whatever we thought and said, we tried to fulfill it... When we noticed that girls are killed in the womb... We made the policy like the Ladli Laxmi Yojana".

The promises were “Modi Ki Guarantee and BJP Ka Bharosa,” the party said. The manifesto promised cooking gas cylinders at Rs 450 for beneficiaries of the Ladli Behna and Ujjwala' schemes. The PM Kisan Samman and CM Kisan Kalyan Yojana, under which farmers get a total of Rs 12,000 per year, would continue, the manifesto of the saffron party said.
The 230-member Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly is set to go to the polls on November 17 in a single phase, and the result will be announced on December 3.
