'Have Some Patience': Tejashwi Yadav On Possibility Of INDIA Bloc Forming Govt At Centre

Lok Sabha Elections: Tejashwi Yadav arrived in Delhi for the INDIA bloc meet in the same flight as Nitish Kumar.

Lok Sabha Elections Results: As leaders of opposition bloc I.N.D.I.A gear up to meet in the national capital to decide on the next move after the Lok Sabha results, RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav arrived in Delhi on Wednesday. When the RJD chief was asked if the opposition will try to form a government at the Centre, he said, "Have some patience. Wait & watch." Tejashwi Yadav arrived in Delhi

As photos of Bihar CM Nitish Kumar & him travelling on the same flight to Delhi go viral, he says, "We greeted each other. Baaki kya hota hai, aage aage dekhte rahiye."

Yadav said, "We have come for the meeting today. Have patience, wait and watch what happens." He further stated that Bihar has emerged as "kingmaker" in this election, and hoped that the "kingmaker" will ensure that the new government gives a special status to Bihar, conducts caste census across the country, and to put 75 percent reservation given by Bihar in the ninth schedule of the Constitution, which will exempt it from judicial review.

"Bihar has emerged as the kingmaker. Whichever government comes, the kingmaker should ensure that Bihar gets a special status, the 75 per cent reservation we gave, that should be brought under Schedule 9, and caste census should be conducted across the country," he said, as quoted by news agency PTI.

The RJD leader also hailed the Samajwadi Party candidate's victory in Faizabad. "We won Ayodhya. Prime Minister used hate speech against Muslims. Ram ji also taught him a lesson," he said, as quoted by PTI. "We are happy people of the country have voted to save Constitution and to give a lesson to the autocratic regime. The people of this country don't like politics of hatred. In last 10 years, Modi did not give any account of his work, so people taught a lesson," he stated.

The RJD leader was also spotted in the same flight as Nitish Kumar today, flying to Delhi. As photos of him and Nitish Kumar travelling on the same flight to Delhi went viral, he said, "We greeted each other. Baaki kya hota hai, aage aage dekhte rahiye."
