Mathurapur: In the 2014 Lok Sabha polls, Choudhury Mohan Jatua from All India Trinamool Congress (AITC) won the elections by a margin of 138768 votes. The polling / voting in Mathurapur constituency in the 2019 General elections took place in Phase 7 on 19 May.
