Ch Surendra Kumar is contesting on Aam Aadmi Party ticket, Ranjeet Kashyap is contesting on Bharatiya Janata Party ticket and Dr. S.P. Singh is Congress Party candidate. Voting in Gokalpur Assembly was held on 8 February in which 70.51% voters exercised their vote.
