UPSC has released the merit list based on the candidates’ performance in the Combined Defence Services Examination (CDS) I 2018 examination and SSB Interviews round. A total of 130 candidates have qualified for the Officers Training Academy (OTA), Chennai, for 109th Short Service Commission Course (for Men) and 42 candidates have made it to the merit list of Officers Training Academy (OTA), Chennai, 23rd Short Service Commission Women (Non-Technical) Course, commencing in April, 2019. Abjeet Singh Bhinder has topped the CDS I Exam 2019 for 109th Short Service Commission Course (for Men) exam while Pradyumna Chandra bagged the top rank for 23rd Short Service Commission Women (Non-Technical) Course.
