UPPSC Lecturer Recruitment 2017: Screening exam postponed till July due to General Elections

UPPSC) has postponed the Lecturer, Government Degree College Screening Examination 2017 in the wake of the 7th phase of voting for General Elections 2019.

UPPSC Lecturer Recruitment 2017: The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has postponed the Lecturer, Government Degree College Screening Examination 2017 in the wake of the 7th phase of voting for General Elections 2019. The commission was scheduled to organize the screening examination on 19th May 2019, which also happens to be the last date of voting for ongoing Lok Sabha polls. Uttar Pradesh being one of the states with the highest numbers of Lok Sabha seats is scheduled to participate in all seven phases of the General Elections 2019 voting process. The clash of dates of polling in the state with the Lecturer, Government Degree College Screening Examination 2017 has led to UPPSC’s decision to delay the screening test until 28 th July 2019. The examination will be held at various examination centers in Lucknow and Allahabad. As per various reports, over 50,000 candidates had registered for UPPSC Lecturer Recruitment 2017. All those candidates who were gearing up to appear for the Screening Exam must make a note of the new examination date and prepare for the same accordingly. The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) will release the Hall Tickets of the Lecturer Screening Exam 2017 at least a week in advance on its official website – uppsc.up.nic.in. The Admit Card or Hall Ticket will bear the exam centre details and time of the UP Lecturer, Government Degree College Screening Examination 2017.
