Tamil Nadu NEET UG Counselling 2023: First Seat Allotment Result Released On tnmedicalselection.net

Candidates allotted seats in the provisional seat allotment list will now be required to report at their allotted college till August 11, 2023.

The Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER), Tamil Nadu, has released the first merit list of the Tamil Nadu NEET UG Counselling 2023 Round-1. Candidates who registered for the Tamil Nadu NEET UG Counselling 2023 can check and download the seat allotment result from the official website - tnmedicalselection.net. The DMER Tamil Nadu is conducting the Tamil Nadu NEET UG Counselling 2023 for NEET-UG 2023 qualified candidates who wish to seek admissions in undergraduate MBBS and BDS medical programmes offered by various medical institutions across Tamil Nadu. 

Notably, the Tamil Nadu NEET UG Counselling 2023 is being conducted for the 85% overall seats available in medical colleges in Tamil Nadu. The remaining 15% seats in the state are All India Quota (AIQ) seats, and admission to the AIQ seats are done through the MCC Counselling. 

As the next step towards Tamil Nadu Medical Admissions 2023, candidates who have been allotted seats in the first merit list will be required to download their provisional allotment letter from the official website, and report to their respective allotted institute by August 11, 2023, till 05:00 PM. 

Earlier this month, the DMER Tamil Nadu invited online applications from NEET-UG 2023 qualified candidates to participate in the Tamil Nadu NEET UG Counselling 2023. Candidates were able to fill the counelling registration form, fill their choices, and pay the fee online till August 3, 2023.
