RRB Group D 2018: RRB Group D Exam Date and city schedules were expected to release on September 30, on the official website- rrbcdg.gov.in and indianrailways.gov.in. However, the same has not yet been notified by the board.

RRB Group D 2018: Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) is all set to conduct CBT examinations started October 16 onwards. However, the exam date, city, and schedule of CBT have not yet been notified by the board. RRB Group D Exam Date and city schedules were expected to release on September 30, on the official website- rrbcdg.gov.in and indianrailways.gov.in, but once again, the Railway board has delayed the release. Now the applicants would only be able to check the date and the city only after October 5, 2018. The candidates who wish to check these details are advised to visit the official web portal. The board has not mentioned any specific reason for the delay of the exam dates. However, according to some media report, it has been suggested that the same is done to avoid overcrowding of the servers. Last week when the Group D Admit Cards were released for the candidates to download, the servers had crashed after a sudden rush of candidates. The admit cards, then, were sent to the candidates after servers resumed. This information, however, was not validated by the officials. More than 1.9 crore candidates have applied for the RRB Group D Recruitment 2018. RRB will conduct the First Stage CBT for over a period of 2 months. The board has released the exam dates and schedule of the about half the applicants, however, the remaining candidates will get the information after October 5. Therefore, the candidates are advised to keep a track of the official website for any further inputs.
