WB Board Class 12th Result 2024: The West Bengal Council of Higher Education, WBCHSE has declared the WB 12th result 2024, today, May 8, 2024. This year, over 7.55 lakh students appeared for the Class 12 exam, and 6,79,784 students passed the exam. The overall pass percentage stands at 90 percent. East Medinipur emerged as the top-performing district among all. Avik Das from Alipurduar has secured the top position in the Class 12 final exam. He achieved a score of 496, equivalent to 99.2 percent marks.

Students who appeared for the  WBCHSE class 12th examinations were eagerly waiting for the announcement of the WBCHSE Uchha Madhyamik Result 2024. The WB board class 12th results 2024 were announced via a press conference at 1 pm. However, students will be able to access the results from 3 pm. The board conducted the WB 12th examinations from February 16 to February 29, 2024. This year, over 8 lakh students appeared in the WB class 12th examinations 2024.

Students will require details such as their WB board 12th roll code and roll number to access the result from the board's official website at wbresults.nic.in. To pass the WB board class 12th exams, students are required to achieve at least 30% marks in the written exam and the practical exams individually. This means that they must score a minimum of 30 marks out of 100 per subject.

• A+: Excellent (80-100 Marks)
• A: Very Good (60-79 Marks)
• B: Good (45-59 Marks)
• C: Satisfactory (30-44 Marks)
• D: Disqualified (Below 30 Marks)

Students must note that the marksheets available online are provisional in nature. Students will have to visit the distribution centres on May 10, 2024, 10 am onwards to collect their certificates and other documents which will be considered as original for further admissions.
