UPTET Result 2021-22: Result Declared At Updeled.Gov.In, Over 38% Of Applicants Pass Primary Level
Over 38 per cent of applicants passed the primary level of the exam. Around 28 per cent of the candidates passed the upper primary level of the exam.
New Delhi: The Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board (UPBEB) declared the results of the Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET) 2021 on Friday, April 8, 2022. Candidates who appeared for the exam will be able to check the results from the official website – updeled.gov.in.
The results were declared for the UPTET 2021 exam which was conducted on January 23, 2022. The exam was conducted in the form of two papers – Paper I and Paper II.
This time, around 19 lakh candidates appeared for the UPTET exam. Through UPTET, qualified teachers are selected to teach primary (class 1-5) and upper primary (class 6-8) classes in Uttar Pradesh’s government schools.
Over 38 per cent of applicants passed the primary level of the exam.
Around 28 per cent of the candidates passed the upper primary level of the exam.
The test was held last year also. However, it was cancelled as it was reported that the question paper of the exam had been leaked.
Candidates can also check the final answer key of the exam, which was released on Thursday, April 7, 2022.
How To Check Results?
- Candidates who appeared for the exam must visit the official website of Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test – updeled.gov.in.
- The candidates must click on a link on the homepage which reads ‘UPTET 2021 Result (check here)’.
- Candidates must enter their login details as asked.
- The candidate’s result will be displayed on the screen.
- Candidates must download and print a copy of their result for future reference.
The results were initially supposed to be released on February 25, 2022. However, the announcement was postponed, and there was no official update from UPBEB.
The validity of the UPTET result certificate has been extended for a lifetime.
