JEE Main Result 2021: 2 Delhi Candidates In Top 18, 7 Students In 100 Percentile Scorer

JEE Main Result 2021: Ruchir Bansal, a student of Sanskriti School, Chanakyapuri, is in the top rank.

JEE Main Result 2021: The JEE Main Session 4 result was declared by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on September 14, 2021, on its official website. According to the results, seven candidates from the national capital have secured 100 percentile in JEE-Main, out of which two have shared the top rank with 16 other candidates from different parts of the country.

Ruchir Bansal, a student of Sanskriti School, Chanakyapuri, is in the top rank. On the other hand, Kavya Chopra, a student of DPS Vasant Kunj, is one of the two female candidates who have secured the top rank this year.

Other students from Delhi who have secured 100 percentile are Pratham Agarwal, Siddharth Kalra, Suren, Pravar Kataria and Ranjim Prabal Das. This year, a total of 44 candidates have secured 100 percentile in the engineering entrance exam JEE-Main, while 18 candidates have shared the top rank.

Last year, 24 candidates had secured 100 percentile. It is worth noting that from this year onwards, the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE)-Main was conducted four times a year to give the students ample number of chance to improve their scores. Over 9.34 lakh candidates appeared in the four sessions of JEE-Main. A total of 2.52 lakh general candidates appeared for all four editions of the exam. A total of 6.58 lakh male candidates appeared in the examination, while the number of female candidates who appeared in the examination was 2.80 lakh.

As per the policy, the ranks of the candidates have been released keeping in mind the best of the four NTA scores.
