The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has begun the process for Class 11 admissions for the academic year 2025-27. Starting Thursday. April 24, students eager to pursue studies in the Arts, Science, or Commerce streams can submit their applications online via the Online Facilitation System for Students (OFSS) at http://ofssbihar.in. Applications must be submitted by May 3, 2025.
Who Can Apply?
Whether you're from the BSEB, CBSE, or ICSE board, as long as you've cleared your Class 10 exams, you're eligible. This announcement follows closely on the heels of the recently declared Matric and Intermediate exam results, which were released in March and April.
Step-by-Step Guide To Apply Via OFSS
The process to apply for admissions is designed to be simple and accessible. Here’s how to get started:
- Visit the OFSS portal: http://ofssbihar.in.
- Complete the online form by filling in your details accurately.
- Pay the application fee of Rs 350. Previously, the fee was Rs 50. Payments can be made via digital methods directly through the portal.
- Applications submitted without fee payment will be automatically rejected.
- Download a copy of the receipt or payment confirmation.
If you don't have a computer at home, you can access the OFSS portal using your mobile phones or Vasudha Kendras (Common Service Centres), and District Registration-cum-Counselling Centres.
