NHAI Recruitment 2019: The National Highways Authority of India is inviting applications for the post of Managers and Deputy General Managers. NHAI aims to fill a total of 141 vacancies for the aforementioned technical posts. Interested candidates can download the prescribed format of the application form and make sure to submit it on or before 8th May 2019. As per the official notification, “The posts carry all India service liability. Therefore, only those who are willing to serve anywhere in India may apply” thereby candidates who are open to relocating anywhere in the country should apply for the posts. Vacancy Details: Manager (Technical) – 17 posts Deputy Manager (Technical) – 117 posts Eligibility Criteria: The candidates need to possess a degree in Civil Engineering to apply for the post along with 9 years’ experience for the post of Manager and 4 years’ experience for the post of Deputy Manager. Candidates must read through the official advertisement to ascertain their eligibility before applying. Official Notification and Application Format for NHAI Recruitment 2019 for 141 Deputy General Manager and Manager Posts Age-Limit: The applicant must not exceed the age of 56 years. Age relaxation rules apply as stated in the official advertisement. Selection Process: Deputy General Manager (Technical) – Promotion/ Deputation Manager (Technical) – Deputation Pay Scale: Deputy General Manager – The selected candidates will be placed in Pay Band-3 (Rs.15600- 39100) with Grade Pay Rs.7600/- (pre revised), with Central DA [Pre-revised in CDA pattern], equivalent to Level 12 of 7th CPC. Manager - The selected candidates will be placed in Pay Band-3 (Rs.15600-39100) with Grade Pay Rs.6600/- (pre-revised), with Central DA [Pre-revised in CDA pattern], equivalent to Level 11 of 7th CPC.
