Karnataka NEET UG Counselling 2023: Registration Deadline Extended Till Tomorrow, Apply Now On kea.kar.nic.in

Those candidates who have registered earlier but could not pay the Karnataka NEET UG Counselling 2023 Registration Fee can also pay their fees online till tomorrow, July 27, 2023.

The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has extended the registration deadline for the Karnataka NEET UG Counselling 2023. Candidates who have qualified the NEET UG 2023 Exam, and wish to take admissions in undergraduate medical courses offered by medical institutions across Karnataka, can register for the Karnataka NEET UG Counselling 2023 on the official website -kea.kar.nic.in, till July 27 now, till 06:00 PM. The KEA announced the extension of the Karnataka NEET UG Counselling Registration 2023 deadline through a notice on its official website. 

“For registration, to apply online and to pay the fees for UGNEET-2023, date was extended upto 23-07-2023. Now as per the requests of the candidates, date has been further extended to register and apply online for UG Medical and Dental and Ayurveda, Unani and Homeopathy degree courses for the year 2023-24. The candidates who have qualified in UGNEET-2023 are eligible to register. The interested eligible candidates who have qualified in UGNEET-2023 but did not register in KEA, can register, apply online and pay the fees through the portal from 26-07-2023 to 27-07-2023 before 6.00 pm. The candidates who have registered but did not complete the application can also fill the application online and pay the fees,” reads the official notification on the KEA website.

Notably, this is the second time that the KEA has extended the deadline of the Karnataka NEET UG Counselling Registrations 2023. As per the original schedule, the last date to register for the Karnataka NEET UG Counselling Registration was July 21, 2023. However, the KEA later extended the registration deadline till July 23. 

Besides new registrations though, candidates who registered earlier but could not pay the application fee, can also make their payments now, during the extended time period. New users registering for the Karnataka NEET UG Counselling 2023 may note that they will be required to upload essential documents like Class 10 and Class 12 marksheets, caste certificate, photograph, NEET UG 2023 Scorecard, etc. Therefore, candidates are advised to keep these documents handy with them while registering. 

Notably, the KEA is conducting the karnataka NEET UG Counselling 2023 to shortlist suitable and eligible candidates for admissions into MBBS, BDS and other undergraduate medical courses offered by various institutions in Karnataka. Once the registration process closes though, the KEA will begin Karnataka NEET UG Counselling 2023 on its official website - kea.kar.nic.in.
