TN TRB Recruitment 2024: The Tamil Nadu Teachers Recruitment Board (TN TRB) has invited applications for the TN TRB recruitment 2024. The TN TRB application process will begin on March 28, 2024 and the last date to apply for this recruitment drive is April 29, 2024. Interested candidates can apply on the official website of TN TRB at trb.tn.gov.in. Aspirants aiming for the Assistant Professor position must meet specific eligibility criteria, including educational qualification, age limits and other requirements. 

Candidates are advised to review the detailed notification available on the official website. The official notification stated, ‘Applications are invited from eligible candidates for Direct Recruitment to the posts of Assistant Professors in Tamil Nadu Collegiate Educational Service for Government Arts & Science Colleges and Government Colleges of Education through online mode only up to 05.00 p.m. on 29.04.2024’. 

TN TRB Recruitment 2024: Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess a Master’s degree with at least 55% marks in a relevant subject from Indian University. Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/ Most Backward Classes and Denotified Communities will be eligible for a 5% relaxation both at the Bachelor’s and Master’s level.

TN TRB Recruitment 2024: Reservation Criteria

30% of the vacancies will be reserved for women according to the Tamil Government Servant Act 2016 section 26 and current government regulations. If qualified and suitable female candidates are unavailable, then male candidates will fill those vacancies.
