SSC CGL 2024 Registration Ends Today On ssc.gov.in, Know How To Apply

SSC CGL 2024: Following the SSC CGL registration deadline, the commission will begin the SSC CGL application correction process on August 10, 2024.

SSC CGL 2024: The Staff Selection Commission, SSC will close the SSC CGL registration process today, July 27, 2024. According to the schedule, the last date for making the fee payment is July 28, 2024. Interested candidates are advised to participate in the registration process by today at the latest. This recruitment drive will fill upto 17,727 vacancies. Earlier, the last date to participate in the registration process was July 24, 2024. Following the SSC CGL registration deadline, the commission will begin the SSC CGL application correction process on August 10, 2024. Candidates are required to pay an application fee for SSC CGL 2024 via online mode only. The application fee is INR 100, but reserved categories are exempted from payment.

“The Commission has decided to extend the closing date and time for receipt of online applications for Combined Graduate Level Examination-2024 from 24-07-2024 (23:00 hours) to 27.07.2024 (23:00 hours). Accordingly, the last date and time for making online fee payment will be 28-07-2024 (23:00 hours),” the official notice reads.

SSC CGL 2024 Registration: Steps To Apply

Candidates can follow the below-given steps to participate in the SSC CGL 2024 registration:

Step 1: Visit the official website at ssc.gov.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, navigate to the ‘Apply’ tab.

Step 3: Click on the link that reads ‘Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2024’.

Step 4: After that, fill out the application form and pay the required application fee.

Step 5: Review your application form and click on ‘Submit’.

Step 6: Download the confirmation page for your future reference.

SSC CGL 2024 Registration: Qualifying Criteria

The minimum qualifying marks are 30% for candidates belonging to the unreserved category, 25% for OBC and EWS candidates, and 20% for all other categories. The maximum percentage of errors permitted (minimum qualifying requirements) in the test is 20% for unreserved candidates, 25% for OBC and EWS candidates, and 30% for all other categories.

  • General Intelligence Reasoning: 50 Marks
  • General Awareness: 50 Marks
  • Quantitative Aptitude: 50 Marks
  • English Comprehension: 50 Marks
