The Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) has started the online application process for the recruitment of Attendant-cum-Technician positions. Interested and eligible candidates can submit their applications for these vacancies through the official website at sailcareers.com. The last date to submit online application is November 25, 2023. This recruitment campaign is aims to fill a total of 85 vacancies for Attendant-cum-Technician trainees at the Bokaro Steel Plant.
“Candidates selected for these posts will be placed on training for a period of 2 years followed by one year of probation. On successful completion of the training period, they shall be regularized in their initial Grade at the minimum basic pay of their respective grades,” reads the official notification.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Age limit: Candidates should be under 28 years of age as of May 1, 2023, with upper age limit relaxations applicable for reserved category candidates.
- Educational qualifications: Candidates should have completed Matriculation and one year of apprenticeship training in a designated trade from an integrated steel plant, along with possessing a National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) issued by the National Council for Vocational Training.

- General/OBC/EWS category candidates: Rs 300
- SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental/ESM candidates: Rs 100

Selection Process:
