OPSC Recruitment 2021: 46 Assistant Public Prosecutor Posts On Offer, Learn Eligibility-Selection Process

OPSC Recruitment 2021: Interested and eligible candidates will be able to apply for these posts from 10th August 2021.

OPSC Recruitment 2021: Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) has invited applications for recruitment to the post of Assistant Public Prosecutor. Candidates can apply online for these posts. Candidates should note that the application process will start from 10th August. The commission will recruit 46 Assistant Public Prosecutors through this recruitment drive.

The last date for registration and payment of the examination fee for these posts is 9th September 2021.

Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit: Candidates in the 21-35 age bracket can apply. The upper limit isn't applicable to SC/ST/Women/Ex-Servicemen/PWD category candidates.

Educational Qualification: Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university. Along with this, they must have at least 2 years of experience in practicing law.

Application Fee:

General category applicants will have to pay an application fee of Rs. 500. SC/ST and PWD category candidates are exempted from paying the fee.

Selection Process:

Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of a viva test followed by a written test. The written exam consists of objective-type questions worth 130 marks. The exam duration will be 2.5 hours. 20 marks have been earmarked for the viva voce test.
