India Post Recruitment 2021: Applications Invited For Uttarakhand Circle, Recruitment Under Sports Quota

India Post has invited applications for eligible candidates for various posts in the Uttarakhand circle. These recruitments will be done under sports quota.

India Post has opened recruitments under sports quota for Uttarakhand circle. Applications have been invited for the posts of Postal Assistant, Sorting Assistant, Postman, and MTS. These vacancies will be filled under the sports quota. The recruitment is being done under the sports quota for ‘Group C’ in the Uttrakhand Circle.

The application for these posts can only be filled online. You will have to visit the official website of India Post – indiapost.gov.in

Who can apply –

The educational qualification for applying for the vacancy varies according to the post. For example, for the Postal Assistant, the candidate must have passed 12th from a recognized board. At the same time, if they are selected, they will have to learn the basics of the computer.

Similarly, for the Postman, candidates should have cleared 12th from a recognized board. The candidate should have studied a local language at least up to the 10th standard. Candidates are required to do basic computer training.

For Multitasking Staff posts, the candidate must have passed 10th from a recognized board. Here too, the candidate must have studied a local language till class 10th.

Age Limit –

For Postal Assistant, Sorting Assistant, Postman and MTS, the candidate should be between 18 and 27 years of age. The age will be calculated from January 01, 2021.

Salary –

The salary for the Postman position will range from Rs 21,700 to Rs 69,100 as per rules. For the post of MTS, selected candidates can get between Rs 18,000 to Rs 56,900. Candidates can visit the official website for other detailed information.
