EPFO Recruitment 2023: The Employees Provident Fund Organisation, EPFO has notified 2,859 vacancies for SSA and Stenographer posts. Interested and Eligible candidates can apply online through the official site of EPFO at epfindia.gov.in. The application process will begin on March 27, 2023. The last date for submission of the application form is April 26, 2023.
The EPFO reserves the right to alter the number of vacancies, modify the examination process and fix the minimum cut-off marks without assigning any reason thereof. Vacancies calculated and indicated in the advertisement are subject to change. All instructions are to be complied with strictly by the candidates in the Examination.
Candidates should have their own Mobile Number and valid & active e-mail ID as NTA/EPFO shall send all recruitment-related communications only through SMS and e-mail. Candidates are advised to keep their personal email ID and mobile number active as all correspondence pertaining to the examination will be communicated on the email address and mobile number provided at the time of filling online application. Any request for a change of mobile number and e-mail address will not be entertained at any stage.

- Social Security Assistant (Group C): 2674 posts
- Stenographer (Group C): 185 posts
Educational Qualifications:
For the position of Social Security Assistant (Group C), applicants are required to have a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university. Whereas, for the role of Stenographer (Group C), candidates must have cleared the 12th class examination from a recognized Board.
Age Limit:
Applicants for both positions must be within the age range of 18 to 27 years.
Selection Process:
The selection process for both positions involves two phases of examination: Phase I and Phase II.
The Phase I exam for Social Security Assistant (SSA) will consist of 600 marks worth of questions and a time limit of 2 hours and 30 minutes. On the other hand, Phase II for SSA will be a computer-based data entry test.
For the Stenographer position, the Phase I exam will comprise of 800 marks worth of questions and a duration of 2 hours and 10 minutes. The Phase II exam will be a stenography test.
Application Fees:
The application fee for both positions is ₹700/- for General/EWS/OBC candidates. However, SC/ST* PwBD/Female Candidates/Ex-Servicemen are exempted from paying the application fee.
