The Central Bank of India has started accepting applications for the Central Bank of India Apprentice Recruitment 2023. Interested and eligible candidates can submit their online applications for the recruitment on the official website - centralbankofindia.co.in.

The Central Bank of India released an official notification recently announcing the recruitment. “Central Bank of India, leading Public Sector Bank invites application from candidates for Engagement of Apprentices, under Apprentices Act, 1961 and as per Apprenticeship policy of the Bank. Selected candidates will be engaged in branches/offices in the respective districts at the discretion of the Bank,” reads the official notice.

The online application window for the Central Bank of India Apprentice Recruitment 2023 opened on March 20, and the last date to apply for the recruitment is April 3, 2023. As per the official schedule released by the bank, the online examination for the recruitment will be tentatively held in the second week of April 2023. The exact dates of the exam shall be notified later by the bank. 

Notably, the Central Bank of India is conducting the recruitment drive to induct a total of 5,000 apprentices in various branches of the bank, across the country. Before applying though, candidates are advised to go through the official notification for detailed eligibility criteria and region-wise vacancy details. The apprentices shall be onboarded on a contract basis for a period of one year.

Central Bank of India Apprentice Recruitment 2023: Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the Central Bank of India Apprentice Recruitment 2023, candidates must have completed their graduation degree in any subject from a recognized university. Moreover, candidates should not be lower than 20 or more than 28 years of age as on the cut-off date. For detailed eligibility criteria candidates are advised to visit the official website.

Central Bank of India Apprentice Recruitment 2023: Selection Process

The shortlisting of candidates for the Central Bank of India Apprentice Recruitment 2023 shall be done through an online examination. The online examination will have objective-type questions spread across five sections: Quantitative, General English, & Reasoning Aptitude and Computer Knowledge,  Basic Retail Liability Products, Basic Retail Asset Products, Basic Investment Products, and Basic Insurance Products. 

Candidates must also note that apart from the online examination, they will also be required to submit a local language proof for the region of their interest. Candidates will also be required to clear the medical/fitness test as prescribed by the bank. More details on the selection process are available on the official website.
