HP Police Recruitment 2019: The Himachal Pradesh Police Department has released a notification to fill 1063 vacancies for the post of Constable for both male and female candidates. Out of the total 1063 posts, 130 vacancies are for Driver constable post, while 720 vacancies are for male constables and 213 vacancies are for the post of female constables. The online application process is scheduled to commence on 30th March 2019 and candidates will get time till 30th April 2019 to submit their online application. For more details on Physical Standards candidates must refer to the official advertisement given on the homepage of hppolice.gov.in. Age-Limit: The applicant must fall in the age bracket of 18 to 23 years (25 years for SC/ST/OBC candidates) as on 1st January 2019. Selection Process: The selection of candidates will be done on the basis of Physical Efficiency Test (PET), followed by Written examination and Personality Test. Pay Scale: The selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of Rs.5910 – 20200 with Grade pay of Rs.1900/-. Application Fee: General & other categories – Rs.140/- SC/ST/OBC/IRDP – Rs.35/-
