Ashoka University Records 100% Campus Placement In 2022-23; Highest Salary Offered At Rs 35 Lakhs

Ashoka University recorded a 100% on-campus placement rate for the academic year 2022-2023.

In the academic year 2022-2023, Ashoka University achieved a remarkable 100% on-campus placement rate. The most recent placement season saw a substantial increase in the highest salary offered, reaching Rs 35 lakh per annum, marking a significant 17% boost from the previous year's top offer. The average annual salary extended to successful candidates was Rs 11.40 lakh. During this placement cycle, Ashoka University successfully placed a total of 355 students, encompassing participants from various programs, including the Undergraduate Programme, Master's Programme, Ashoka Scholars Programme (ASP), and Young India Fellowship (YIF).

Consulting (17.7%), Edtech/Education (15.7%), Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (15.4%), Development Sector (14%), and Media, Advertising & Publishing (8.8%) were some of the major sectors where students were successfully placed.

The academic year 2022-23 also witnessed participation of 76 new organisations in the placement process, taking the total number to 271 organisations. This includes leading global organisations such as Google, The Tata Group, Hindustan Unilever Limited, McKinsey & Company, Deloitte USI, Ernst & Young, Microsoft, Conde Nast, Gen Pact, among others.
