The Bar Council of India (BCI) will close the application window for the AIBE (All India Bar examination) 18 today, October 9, 2023. Interested candidates who are yet to apply for the exam are advised to apply for the exam at the earliest on the official website - allindiabarexamination.com. Registered candidates may note that they will be able to pay the AIBE 18 application fee till tomorrow, October 10, 2023. As per the earlier schedule, the BCI was supposed to close the AIBE 18 Registration Window on September 30, 2203. However, the council later extended the registration deadline till October 9, 2023.

Candidates who wish to apply for the AIBE 18 Exam may also note that the application fee for the exam is Rs 3,560 for General/OBC/Gen-PWD/OBC-PWD category candidates, and Rs 2,560 for SC/ST/SC-PWD/ST-PWD category candidates. As scheduled, the Bar Council of India will conduct the AIBE 18 Exam on October 29, 2023, at 150 exam centres spread in over 50 cities across the country. Registered candidates will be able to download their AIBE 18 admit cards from the official website from October 20 to October 25, 2023.

The AIBE is a national-level exam conducted by the Bar Council of India to determine the eligibility of law graduates to practice law in the country. The AIBE 18 Exam will be conducted in the offline mode with a total of 100 questions aimed at testing the legal aptitude of candidates. The maximum time duration of the exam shall be 3.5 hours.
