TikTok Star Khaby Lame Tapped By Binance As Brand Ambassador, To Launch Exclusive NFT Collections

Binance said that the partnership with Lame will help “drive crypto education.”

Binance, the world’s largest crypto exchange in terms of daily trading volume, has signed TikTok star Khaby Lame as a brand ambassador. With over 144.9 million followers as of June 30, the Senegalese creator is the most followed personality on TikTok. He is known for hilarious gags that end with his unimpressed facial expression, marked by his now-iconic hand gesture. The news comes nearly a week after Binance partnered with Manchester United striker Cristiano Ronaldo to launch his own NFT collection.

Binance on Thursday announced the news via its social media platforms. The exchange said that the partnership with Lame will help “drive crypto education” and “debunk crypto and Web3 myths.” Alongside, Lame will launch his own exclusive NFT collections via Binance.

The crypto exchange said last week that it has entered a multi-year agreement with Ronaldo to create a series of NFT collections. The NFTs will be available to purchase via Binance’s own platform, and the first collection will be launched later this year.
