Anuj is an Indian professional chef with more than 15 years of experience. He is a master in Peruvian, Argentinian, Mexican, Eurasian, and more cuisines.
His journey started in 2007 when he completed his specialization in Hospitality and Hotel Management from IHM Guwahati. He is now carrying out his services to executive chefs in Turkey as a head chef.

He began his journey from Four Seasons Hotel in Mumbai in 2007 where he coordinated a pre-opening project with a new Asian restaurant concept.
Succeedingly, he entered Ritz Carlton, Dubai as a chef de partie and worked on new pre-opening projects for the new Club Lounge setup. In the year of 2015, he started his work as a junior chef and contributed to the pre-opening project with in-room dining standards and a lobby lounge at Rixos Premium Dubai.
He has managed responsibilities for in-room dining where he planned and directed food preparation besides this he also organized a show kitchen for live food cooking of Grills, Pasta, Mezze and arranged the food design in order to create a perfect match between the dish’s aspect and its taste.
