A mouthwatering vegetarian appetiser with the added benefit of being rich in proteins, Soya Tikka is a dish perfect for all occasions. It is known for its tangy taste with an additional hint of spice. Marinated soya chunks are grilled along with fresh vegetables and are skewered to perfection. Apart from being healthy, this easy-to-cook meal is extremely satisfying.
Ingredients
- 8 Piece Marinated Soya Tikka
- 30 Gram Onion, Capsicum, Tomatoes
- 5 Milliliter Lemon Juice
- 10 Gram Butter
- 3 Gram Chopped Coriander
- 2 Gram Chaat Masala
- 30 Gram ACCOMPANIMENTS: Mint Chutney
- 40 Gram Lacha Onion
Cooking Instructions
Take 8 pieces of marinated soya tikka, and arranging them neatly on a plate.
Then, chop the onions, capsicum, and tomatoes into smaller pieces.
Over the soya tikka, add chopped coriander and sprinkle chaat masala to enhance the taste.
Take a 3 mm seekh (skewer) and alternately add onion, capsicum, tomatoes and soya tikka pieces on the skewer.
The skewers must be golden brown and slightly charred, grill or cook them on a hot pan or tandoor while brushing them with butter.
Enjoy while hot with mint chutney and lacha onion.
TIP: You could add some flavour by sprinkling a little garam masala or adding lemon juice before serving.
